A Pre-Order item is a product on our website that you can purchase before it arrives at our warehouse and becomes available for shipment.
Pre-Order items will be marked as such on the product page of each item/variation.
You will also be notified that you are purchasing pre-order items when you reach the checkout.
An estimated shipment date will be listed on the product page as well as at the checkout and on your confirmation email.
Please note, due to potential freight delays please allow an extra 3 business from the listed estimated date to receive a shipment notification.
If there is a significant change in the expected shipping date we will be sure to notify you via email.
Yes! You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and other in-stock items.
In this case, your entire order will be placed on hold until we receive the pre-order items and then everything will be shipped out to you in one package.
If you would prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for them.
To guarantee that your item is reserved before it arrives at our warehouse, payment is collected at the time of the order being placed (Only credit card payment is available for pre-order items)
Nope! We would never put a limit on your favourites!
Unfortunately, we can’t edit or add additional items to your order once it’s been placed.
