A Pre-Order item is a product on our website that you can purchase before it arrives at our warehouse and becomes available for shipment.

An estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page.
Please note that due to potential freight delays, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated shipping date before expecting a shipment notification.
If there is a significant change to the expected shipping date, we will notify you via email.

To guarantee that your item is reserved before it arrives at our warehouse, payment is collected at the time of the order being placed (Only credit card payment is available for pre-order items).

Yes! You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and other in-stock items. In this case, your entire order will be placed on hold until we receive the pre-order items and then everything will be shipped out to you in one package. If you would prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

Unfortunately, we can’t edit or add additional items to your order once it’s been placed.
