When will I receive the Early Access link?
You’ll receive your Early Access link by email as soon as Early Access opens. Just click the link and you can shop instantly, no code needed.
Make sure to check your spam folder and mark us as safe sender so you don’t miss it.
Will Early Access guarantee that products are available?
Early Access gives you the best chance to grab the items you want, but it doesn’t guarantee stock, quantities are extremely limited.
Once an item sells out, it will not restock during Black Friday.
What discounts can I expect?
You’ll get up to 50% OFF on almost everything. New drops and exclusive releases may not be discounted.
No codes. No bundles. Just the best price of the year.
Will adding to cart or wishlist reserve my size?
No, items are only reserved after you complete the order. Adding to cart or wishlist doesn’t guarantee stock during Early Access.
Tip: Checkout fast to secure your size, demand is high.
Can I return Black Friday items?
Yes, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
You’ll see “Final Sale” clearly on product pages.
Are quantities limited?
Yes, once it’s gone, it’s gone. There will be no restock during or after Black Friday. This is why Early Access matters so much.
What about shipping times?
We will do our best to keep our usual fast handling:
- Orders ship in 24–72h depending on location
- If there is any delay due to high order volume, it won’t exceed 48h
- You will receive updates by email at every stage (order confirmed, shipped, delivered)

I signed up but didn’t receive my Early Access email! what do I do?
No stress. Try these steps:
- Check Spam / Promotions / Junk folders
- Search your inbox for: “Strong and Savage”
- If you still can’t find it, message us on WhatsApp support and we’ll resend your access link manually
